Started the discovery journey with landscape analysis and app audits. Lots of desktop research was done

There were stakeholder interviews conducted and that helped to gather feedback and assumptions around what the business perceived. But what would our users want? It is important to understand from both sides and the finds will help empower us to design for a great experience.

Led the team into the discovery phase and worked together for a quick guerilla interview with a handful of users to understand and gather immediate user feed backs before our workshop with stakeholders.

Our user interviews gave me insights into some of the existing user pain points. I worked with the team to synthesize the data and pulled out some of the key findings.

I worked with my team and led a 3 day sprint workshop with all the stakeholders. The outcome of the workshop is to help empower the stakeholders to define our customer value proposition along with the insights we uncovered.

We managed to capture everyone's feedback and work out the possible CVPs.
That's me explaining the different product features we envisioned for Rewards/Lifestyle.

There were several features within the existing app that can be improved further. We made significant changes and did another round of testing to validate our changes and enhancements.

The concept testing that came later before confirming the UX for development helped me and the team make our final touches to the designs.

It also validates that users are not too interested the pie chart where we consolidated rewards types. This validation allowed the team to drop off a request from one of the key business stakeholders.

With the concept testing done, we were able to gather enough insights to move ahead with the design sprints for delivery and development. The mvp 1 of Lifestyle (Rewards+) was created.
